The enterpreneur's journey

I am starting this blog to keep track of my journey as I pursue my dreams of running my own successful bakery where I can share my creations with the community. I have always dreamed of having my own little cafe where I get to meet my customers with a smile everyday. My baked goods are an extension of my love for others. I wanted to make people smile by feeding them tasty things. I draw upon my past experiences and travels to create something unique. I want to open up people's mind by giving them something new and fun and exciting. Take my Signature Nori macaron with Soy Sauce buttercream for example. It's sweet, savory and totally unexpected. It's utterly delicious.

I will catalog my ups and downs, highs and lows of my first venture into the business world. Hopefully I can share my learning with others in similar boats so that we can share experiences and learn from each other.
